Refunds and cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds: Annual plans may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no digital coworker has been activated.
Failed payments result in a 7-day grace period before service suspension. Payment is processed by Stripe.
