1. What you are talking to

A Rolera coworker is an AI representative that works on behalf of a named brand. It is not a natural person. A person on the brand’s team can take over. Final decisions stay with that team.

Store and Mini App copy uses: “AI representative — works on behalf of {brand}.” If asked whether it is a person, it must say it is not.

2. Portraits and voice

Portraits may be stylized placeholders until a likeness scan exists. Voice stays off until a later, evidenced gate. Talk controls that are visible may be disabled on purpose.

3. Limits

Coworkers capture requests, explain public facts, and prepare drafts in role. They do not impersonate staff, hide this notice, or take regulated final decisions. Internal-only roles are not listed on public Mini Apps. Restricted actions require human approval.
